UCSF Alpha Clinic Fellowship

Call for Applications: 2 research spots

Fellowship applications are available for physician-scientists or clinical research physicians.

-Clinical research physicians who are focused on extending access for cell and gene therapy studies to regional sites linked to the Alpha Clinic Network. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to practice community medicine in Fresno, CA.

-Physician-scientists who are committed to academic research careers discovering and translating novel applications of stem cell biology and regenerative medicine to clinical problems.

Any postdoctoral fellow (PhD, MD, DO, or DDS) who has commenced a clinical or translational laboratory project focused on stem cell biology at UCSF Health is encouraged to apply. This includes early-stage junior faculty. Please navigate to the 2024 AC/CIRM Fellowship Application.

Fellowship funding & deadlines

The fellowships are supported by the UCSF Alpha Clinic, funded by the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM).
